Abstract

Wadudu project aims to fly an Elphel camera on an open hardware drone by using cards such as ArduPilot or Multiwii. It means facing various challenges such as automatic steering, shooting without shaking, fluidity of movement and security requirements. Technical aspects cover the development of embedded system software, management of video streams by non-wired connections, the notions of stability and optical equipment for the shooting. The presentation will also covers economic aspects and flying regulation.
