Résumé

CasparCG (www.casparcg.com) is a professional, free & open source video and graphics play-out software for TV broadcasts, events and digital signage. It was started as an in-house tool back in 2006 at the Swedish Broadcasting Corporation (SVT). Since then it has gone through major development and is now a main cornerstone at SVT in regional and national broadcasts. In 2008 it was released as open-source under the GPLv3 for anyone to use, with good response from various users. In April the latest major version, CasparCG 2.0, was released with several improvements and new features.

This workshop will introduce CasparCG and show practical demonstrations of CasparCG’s features and give the opportunity to test the system hands-on. There will also be ample room to ask questions.
