Résumé

CommunityForge is a non-profit association that designs, develops and distributes free, open-source software for building communities with currencies. We offer free, turn-key hosted solutions http://communityforge.net/request as well as a Drupal Installation Profile http://drupal.org/projects/cforge . Over 400 communities are using our installations. Thanks to the use of local currencies, they are building social cohesion, making better use of local ressources (human and natural) and building sustainable economies. The presentation will be : 5 min : Why local currencies are important to Community 5 min : How we have built a community of developpers and users 5min : How we plan on building on that experience to produce tools for currency systems for municipalities and regions. 5 min : questions English and/or French
